Kinney Zalesne, Advisory
Kinney Zalesne is a strategy consultant and a former General Manager of Corporate Strategy at Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, Kinney ran Zalesne LLC, a consulting practice focused on CEO positioning, with clients including CEOs of Fortune 500 companies and social entrepreneurship organizations. Kinney also served as a senior strategist on Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign and her 2006 New York Senate re-election. During that time, Kinney co-wrote the New York Times bestselling book Microtrends: The Small Forces Behind Tomorrow's Big Changes, as well as the regular Microtrends column in the Wall Street Journal. Kinney also served as Counsel to U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno and as a White House Fellow with Vice President Al Gore, and in 2021 she became the Founding Chair of the DNC’s Women’s Executive Network.
