Rabbi Bill Rudolph
Rabbi Bill Rudolph is the semi-retired Rabbi Emeritus of Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County. Bill built this congregation into one of the largest and most active in the Greater Washington, DC area through his strategic thinking, religious leadership, engaging teaching, and outreach to a wide range of people regardless of where they stand on the Jewish spectrum. Previously he served as Associate International Director of Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus Life, helping to lead Hillel to a renaissance on hundreds of American campuses. His previous posting was as Hillel Director at the University of Michigan. Bill has been a leading figure in the creation of Washington’s Ramah Day Camp and served as Founding Board President of the Jewish Millennial Engagement Project. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Greater Washington Forum on Israeli-Arab Issues.
